Order Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped once full payment has been received.
Tracking information will be provided within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please note that our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on medications once they have been shipped.
We encourage customers to double-check their orders before completing the checkout process to ensure accuracy.
Refunds
We are committed to providing the highest quality service. However, in the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will issue a refund under the following conditions:
Wrong Product: If you receive a product that differs from what was ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.
Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will initiate the refund process after verification.
Refund Process
Once the claim is verified and approved:
We will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
